That bit that fits between the fuel filter and fuel line

You know the one, the male to male adaptor (M12 I think) with one end flat and one end cupped that fits onto the bottom of the fuel filter and the main inlet fuel line. I've cross threaded mine like an idiot, so i've had to steal Sarah's. She won't be happy when she finds out so I need a new one - anyone know what this is called/where I can get one from?
