I thought we had an agreement a couple of years ago that people had the right to retain their numbers from one season to the next?

Rick gets first dibs on #1; the remaining single digits could be requested by the drivers who finished in those places; otherwise its first come-first served. As of the end of last week there have 21 registrations.
